Umut Postlu is leading the legal and contract department of Gülermak group companies as the Global CLO. Subsequent to his time in leading law firms, Umut has been working as in house counsel for 14 years. He has vast experience in project finance, mergers and acquisitions, PPP projects. He has a primary focus on contract management, disputes and arbitration cases within the field of construction and infrastructure projects. He is in the Executive Board of Gülermak and also serving as Board Member in some of Gülermak subsidiaries.
